The Fein Multimaster tool is fantastic. I used this tool to 'hand sand' hard to reach areas of a large hardwood floor refinishing project. I also used a couple of the blade attachments for replacing slats, cutting molding, etc. I could run the tool for hours and it would not get hot. Unfortunately, the two "hook and loop' sanding pad attachments that came with my set did not last very long. These pad attachments AND especially the velcro sandpaper packs are ridiculously expensive. I have even purchased other sandpaper brands and trimmed them to fit the Multimaster.
